Overview
Our HPLC analyzer Mispa Maestro is a fully automated, high-precision HPLC Analyzer designed for accurate and reliable measurement of glycated hemoglobin. Built on the gold-standard HPLC methodology, it offers superior resolution with clear separation of HbA1c and hemoglobin variants like HbS, HbC, HbD, HbE delivering results with a CV ≤ 1%. The system is unaffected by hemoglobinopathies, ensuring diagnostic confidence. With features like high sample throughput (up to 50 samples), continuous loading, Automatic Sample Mixing, Emergency Stat Position and minimal sample volume requirement, it meets the demanding needs of clinical laboratories with speed, precision, and convenience.
MISPA MAESTRO: Precision Redefined in HPLC Testing
Introduction
In an evolving landscape of diabetes and hemoglobinopathy diagnostics, laboratories demand reliable, fast, and accurate testing systems. MISPA MAESTRO, Agappe’s high-performance HPLC analyzer, is designed to meet this demand with unmatched precision, automation, and analytical power.
High Throughput, Minimal Downtime
MISPA MAESTRO supports continuous loading of up to 50 samples, reducing interruptions and enabling seamless workflow even during high sample volumes. With a test completion time of just 72 seconds, it enhances lab productivity without compromising quality.
Exceptional Precision & Stability
Achieving a CV of less than 1%, the system ensures unmatched reproducibility and reliability of results—crucial for HbA1c monitoring and clinical decision-making. The use of ion-exchange HPLC ensures high separation resolution of hemoglobin fractions and variants.
Automated Smart Workflow
Every aspect of the workflow has been optimized. Automatic sample mixing, quantitative transfer of hemolysing buffer, and sample barcode reading reduce manual errors and operator dependency. Sample cup, sample collection tubes, and emergency stat positions provide flexibility for different clinical settings.

Technology:
HPLC stands for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, a powerful and widely used analytical technique in laboratories to separate, identify, and quantify components in a liquid mixture. In HPLC, a liquid sample (Blood) is passed through a column packed with a solid material (stationary phase) using a liquid solvent (mobile phase) under high pressure. Positively charged Hb will be attracted by the negatively charged particles present in the column.
